    Getting Started...

    We will have an initial phone call to discuss your concerns and to see if the work I do may be a good fit for your needs. If we determine it is a good fit, we will clarify issues related to payment, and then we will either schedule your first session or I will put your name on my waitlist.

    Before your first visit, I will send you an invitation to my client portal. You will create a username and password and will be able to log on to complete the required paperwork. Once you complete it, I will review your paperwork before our first visit so that we can make the most of our time together.

    After your intake interview, we will determine which modalities are best suited to your needs. If biofeedback is a part of your treatment plan, we will conduct a biofeedback assessment to help us understand how your body response to both stress and relaxation. This will help determine which biofeedback approaches are indicated. We will then begin the neurofeedback training process. At the beginning of each neurofeedback/biofeedback session, we will check in about your progress. Then, we will spend the majority of our time together doing the neurofeedback/biofeedback training. I ask clients to be in close communication with me throughout their treatment about what they notice after the session.

    Both neurofeedbck/biofeedback and psychotherapy sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis. Fees are due at the beginning of each session.
