Here is the typical process of becoming a client: We will have an initial phone call to discuss your concerns and to see if the work I do may be a good fit for your needs. If we determine it is a good fit, we will clarify issues related to payment and insurance, and then we will either schedule your first session or I will put your name on my wait list.
Before your first visit, I will send you an invitation to my client portal. You will create a username and password and will be able to log on to complete the required paperwork. Once you complete it, I will review your paperwork before our first visit so that we can make most use of our time together.
For neurofeedback clients, the first session is a 30-minute intake. For psychotherapy clients, the initial visit is a 55-60 minute visit. From there, we proceed with the process of weekly visits. Fees are due at the beginning of each session.
