Neurofeedback Modality
Cutting-Edge Technology to Move the Brain from Stuck to Flexible
HPN/LENS Neurofeedback
A gentle approach using pulsed frequencies that helps the brain release stuck patterns and restore flexibility.
HPN (High Performance Neurofeedback) and LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) use gentle pulsed frequencies to help the brain interrupt inefficient patterns and reorganize itself more effectively.
Unlike traditional neurofeedback that relies primarily on continuous feedback, HPN/LENS uses brief pulses of energy to encourage the brain toward greater flexibility and healthier self-regulation.
Treatment is individualized and often integrated into a broader neurofeedback plan based on assessment findings and each client's unique goals.

How HPN/LENS Works
HPN/LENS Neurofeedback is designed to help the brain become less “stuck” in inefficient patterns of activity.
Instead of teaching the brain through lengthy training sessions, brief low-energy pulses encourage the nervous system to reorganize itself naturally.
Many clients describe feeling calmer, mentally clearer, and more flexible as treatment progresses.
The goal isn't to force change—it's to gently encourage the brain's own capacity for self-organization.
Rather than treating diagnoses directly, HPN/LENS supports underlying patterns of nervous system dysregulation that may contribute to many different symptoms.
Results vary by individual and treatment is always personalized through assessment and ongoing clinical guidance.
